Power Rationing 2021 

It is reported that energy dual control is to control the total amount of energy consumption and energy consumption intensity. According to the Plan for Improving the dual control levels of energy consumption intensity and total energy consumption, by 2025, the dual control levels of energy consumption will be improved, the allocation of energy resources will be more reasonable, and the utilization efficiency will be greatly improved. By 2030, the dual control of energy consumption will be further improved, energy intensity will continue to fall significantly, total energy consumption will be properly controlled, and the energy mix will be better optimized. By 2035, the optimized allocation of energy and resources and the comprehensive conservation system will be more mature and take shape, which will provide strong support for achieving the goal of keeping carbon emissions stable and declining after peaking. 

In such a context, many places appeared to ration the power tide. For example: Qinghai, Ningxia, Guangxi, Guangdong, Fujian, Xinjiang, Yunnan, Shaanxi, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Henan, Gansu, Sichuan, Anhui, Guizhou, Shanxi, Heilongjiang, Liaoning and Jiangxi provinces began to implement power rationing at the end of September. 

From the perspective of the industry of restricting output production, mainly non-ferrous metals, steel, cement and chemical and other energy-intensive industries, the power rationing will make the prices of making cost of related products rising up, our excavator and bulldozer parts (like: track roller, carrier roller,track chains, sprocket, idler, bucket bushings, bucket pins, track bushes, track pins,cutting edges, teeth, bolts and nuts....) production is dependent on the iron and steel, when we get power rationing notice in early October, It has been rising momentum, and they will continually rise which is said by the expert of this industries.
