Six use skills of excavator in various operations

1, excavator operation technology

The first step is to check the surroundings.  Rotary operation, the surrounding obstacles, terrain to do know, safe operation;  During operation, confirm the front and rear direction of the track to avoid tipping or impact;  Don't try  to face the end drive to the digging direction, otherwise it is easy to damage the walking motor or hose;  During operation, it is necessary to ensure complete contact between the left and right tracks and the ground to improve the dynamic stability of the whole machine.

2. Effective mining methods

When the bucket cylinder and connecting rod, bucket rod cylinder and bucket rod are 90 degrees each other, the maximum digging force;  When the bucket teeth and the ground maintain a 30 degree Angle, the excavation force is the best, that is, the soil cutting resistance is the least;  When digging with bucket rod, ensure that the bucket rod Angle range from the front 45 degrees to the back 30 degrees.  Using boom and bucket at the same time can improve the excavation efficiency.

3. Dig rocks

The use of bucket excavation rock will cause great damage to the machine, we should avoide this conditon caused;  when dig should be based on the direction of the rock crack to adjust the position of the body, so that the bucket can smoothly shovel, excavation;  Insert the bucket teeth into the rock cracks, with the bucket rod and bucket digging force excavation (should pay attention to the bucket teeth slip);  Rocks that have not been broken should be broken before being excavated with a bucket.

When operating, the stability of the machine can not only improve the work efficiency, prolong the life of the machine, but also ensure the safety of operation (put the machine on a flatter ground);  The driving sprocket has better stability in the rear side than in the front side, and can prevent the final drive from external impact;  The wheelbase of the track on the ground is always greater than the wheelbase, so the stability of the forward work is good, and the lateral operation should be avoided as far as possible.  To keep the dig site close to the machine to improve stability and excavator;  If the digging point is far away from the machine, the operation will be unstable because the center of gravity moves forward;  Lateral excavation is less stable than forward excavation. If the excavation site is far from the center of the body, the machine will be more unstable. Therefore, the excavation site should be kept at an appropriate distance from the center of the body to make the operation balanced and efficient.

4. Slope leveling operation

When plane dressing, the machine should be flat on the ground to prevent shaking of the body. To grasp the coordination of the movement of the boom and the bucket rod, and control the speed of the two is very important for plane dressing.

5. Loading operation

The body should be in a horizontal stable position, otherwise it is difficult to accurately control rotary unloading, thus prolonging the operation cycle time;  The body should keep a proper distance from the truck to prevent the tail of the body from colliding with the truck when doing a 180 degree turn;  As far as possible on the left rotation, so as to open the field of vision, high efficiency, at the same time to grasp the rotation Angle, to reduce the time for rotation;  The truck position is lower than the excavator to shorten the lifting time of the boom, and the line of sight is good;  Load sand and gravel first, then place large rocks, this will reduce the impact on the car.

6. Work in soft areas or water

When working in soft soil belt, we should understand the degree of soil compaction, and pay attention to limit the digging scope of the bucket, to prevent the occurrence of landslides, landslides and other accidents as well as deep car body subsidence.  When working in water, attention should be paid to the allowable water depth range of the car body (the water surface should be below the center of the sprocket);  If the horizontal level is higher, the internal slewing bearing will cause poor lubrication due to water entry, engine fan blades hit by water lead to damage, electrical circuit elements due to water intrusion short circuit or circuit break.
